Need to replace drivers side seat

The seat back is stuck in one position and there are holes in the bottom of the seat with sharp pieces of metal poking through. Does anyone know how much a replacement will cost me? The model is a ZX3 so the seat has to have the ability to move forward so that passengers can enter the back seat.

Ive been to a few ssalvage yards and the seats in those cars have the same issue. They have a hole in the same place.

Anyone know where i can get a quote on a new replacement seat?
