Rear Disc Conversion

Ok, I can get the complete trailing arms from a 93 del Sol SI for $60. I want to put the discs from it onto my 98 EX.

First off, is it possible, they look the same, and from what I can tell online they should fit, and thoughts or ideas on that?

Second, they are in very bad shape. They are sort of rusty. What should I look for when I inspect them, and what would/should I replace?
