1997 bonneville stalling HELP!!!!!

I HAVE A 1997 BONNEVILLE THAT STALLS AT ANY TIME SOMEDAYS IT WILL STALL 5 OR 6 TIMES AND STARTS BACK UP ONCE YOU STOP AND PUT IT IN PARK .THEN WILL RUN FINE FOR DAYS THEN OUT OF NO WHERE WILL STALL AGAIN it does not completly stall but sputters n spits with and complete loss of power until you have to stop turn it off wait maybe 10 seconds the starts right up I HAVE JUST PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE KNOWING THE PROBLEM THE PREVIOUS OWNER HAS HAD SEVERAL THINGS CHANGED TO NO PREVAIL . ANYONE OUT THERE HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM AND FIND A CURE IF SO HELPP PLEASE :banghead:

its electrical, but don't give up they are ausome cars just read some of the entrys, also you can check out my problem its on the 2nd or 3rd page sounds very similar
