Hello,
a good buddy of mine owns a dodge stealth i think its a 1992
anyways his trunk is all flat and then theres a big hump in the center, comign out in the shape of a circle...
what the hell is under it and what is it for!!?
we want to cut it off

The gas tank is under it and no you cant cut it off.

Your spare tire goes there, and yes your gas tank is under it.
