94 SSEI fuel pump access

is the fuel pump under the rear seat or the trunk in a 94 SSEi? I know they did not have access panels until 2000 but the bottom of the car is fairly rusty and I do not want to hassle with trying to remove the tank. I want to know where I can cut an access panel to get to the pump. I will make a weather tight seal after wards i just need to know where to cut to make this car driveable for a little bit longer. I've done this on other cars but not a bonneville, anyone done this and have pics of where they cut the panel? thanks!
