Modifying my tail lights

Does anyone knoe the process on how to clear the reverse and blinker section of a forth generation prelude tail light? More specifically, does anyone know how to remove the out plastic from the light fixture backing?

I will be taking my altezza lights and paint the brake portion red with lense pain and then connecting them back together. This should give me an ultra custom look.
