99 carvan cooling problem

the temp stays in good range and the fans come on but after the van is switched off the fans shut off and it starts to overheat! anyone had trouble like this? thanks

what makes you think it's overheating,more info please,after you shut it off the fans are supposed to stop aswell,it's possible that you have a bad rad cap and it's releasing the pressure,making it seem like overheating.
