98 Ranger EGR valve

Hello, my sister inlaw has a 98 Ranger that needs a new EGR valve, can someone tell me where this is located on a 98 4 cylinder Ranger, Thank You in advance

The Ranger Manual shows the EGR located about midway on the right hand side of the intake manifold (left hand side when looking from the radiator side). It should be easy to replace.

if you see any hoses or pipes coming back to the engine from the exhaust pipes, you follow those to the EGR VALVE (((*exhaust gas recirculation* valve))

make sure its not leaking dirty or cloged before you buy another one, Clean it out!
