Hard Start when warm

I am currently having a problem starting my 98 intrigue. When the weather is warm (60+) the car has to crank for a while before it starts. After starting it smells like gas outside of the car suggesting that I am flooding it when starting. I have already replaced the Fuel Pressure Regulator and double checked by seeing if there was any gas in the vacuum line. Everything seems fine there.
When the weather is cold the car starts up fine. A few months ago I replaced the Lower Intake Manifold to prevent coolant from getting in. (it blew out)
I need help finding out what is the problem here. I have checked my chiltons book and asked others and came up with nothing.
Thanks

From what I have read on this forum it sounds to me like it could be the crankshaft position sensor. I have done a lot of research on this problem since mine is doing the same thing. I have priced this part on RockAuto.com and it is around $65. I am currently planning on getting one after payday. Hopefully that will fix it. The replacement procedure is outlined in the Chilton's.

I rechecked the codes with the OBD code reader and didn't find any codes for the camshaft sensor. I think I'm going to take it in to a dealer and see what they find.

This was what was causing our problem on our 99 intrigue. We were able to get it diagnosed at O'reilly's. One the crankshaft position sensor was replaced, the problem was resolved.
