99 Ultra Drivers Door

How do I get the front drivers inside door panel off? I got it off to a point but it seems the panel is mounted with different clips than I am used to. Need to fix the lock switch......thanks

and the window to, it comes down slow at first then gets faster about half way down and going up it is faster till it gets half way up, it will come out of the track sometimes. Any ideas? and last is sometimes nothing happens when going down....can hear the relay inside the door though. thanks
