92 300e front psgr window puzzle

When activating the switch the window drops non-stop. In order to raise the window you must turn the ignition to OFF and then back to ON. This may have to be done several times. While in the DOWN position there is a "faint clicking" sound coming from the general area of the window motor.
When activating other windows this "front psgr window ocassionally will drop on its own.
This could be one of two possibilities. A) The Control Unit/Convenience Relay under the rear seat on the drivers side or B) The Window Regulator Relay if so can anyone tell me where it is located?
