Trying to program Keyless Remote '97 GT

Can't seem to get instructions for programming right. Can anyone help?

These instructions will work on Ford Mustang models, 94 - 98.5:

Turn ignition to RUN or ACC. Momentarily jump pins in programming connector located in LR quarter panel area. All doors will lock then unlock to confirm programming mode. Press any button on 1st transmitter. Door locks will cycle to confirm programming. Press any button on 2nd transmitter (up to 4 transmitters total possible). Turn ignition to OFF. Locks will again cycle to indicate end of programming mode.

Thanks, I have the instructions. The problem is, I'm not sure which pins to jump in which connector in the LR quarter panel. Any idea?

Just called the dealer, they want $80 to program.

I may have answered this in an email earlier, but the pins are in a plastic connector that is not connected to anything inside your trunk on the driver's side wall.

It should be tucked behind carpet or interior trim in there. Inside the plastic connector you will see 2 metal pins. Take a flat screwdriver and touch it to both pins at the same time and your locks will cycle...
