92 accord 4 door, gas line question

My son's accord has a fuel leak Just behind the drivers side rear tire. I pulled a plastic cover out and found a rubber hose that changes to a metal line (well it used to be metal). I'm trying to decide if this is a job for a mechanic or is it something I could take care of. Has anyone ever had to change this line? What is involved in replacing it.
