I'm not sure if the anti-theft is on or not. With ignition on it stops blinking in a few seconds and I thought if anti-theft was triggered it would blinked all the time. Does anyone know if the anti-t cuts the fuel or the ignition off.
There is power getting to the module behind the back seat but there is none coming out to the fuel pump. It will run if you put power to the pump.
I can't get the diagnostic computer to run it only comes up with a p1000 incomplete test. The pcm controls the fuel pump module. How can I tell If I have a bad pcm, fuel pump module or is it just the anti-theft.

This may be in the 'too obvious' category however, it's worth mentioning...
Have you checked the Fuel Inertia Cut-off Switch?

Any sharp bump will trip the switch, which cuts power to the Fuel Pump. It's located on the drivers side, trunk support hinge assembly.

Oops foregot to mention that. Power goes from there to the fuel pump driver module behind the seat. The pcm signals control the driver module. I replaced the FPDM fuel pump driver module and it work.
