Lesabre Front Bumper

Anyone know how to remove the front bumper cover and bumper on a 99 LeSabre? Have some minor front end damage that I think can be repaired w/out an expensive trip to the body shop. The metal bumber is pushed up/in in the center causing the grille on the hood to bind up when the hood is shut. I want to remove the cover to see if I can "persuade" it back to it's original shape. Thanks for the help!

Multiple push pin clips and 2 side brace supports, get it up and look at what the job entails.
