95 Dodge Caravan Venting...

No the Van is not venting anything, I am, though it might start soon..
So i bought a 95 dodge Grand Caravan for 800 bucks back in April. 1st to be exact, I was going to use it for a road trip to Texas. I get into Roswell, thru Roswell about 3 hours..then WHAM..i hit some dead something in the road..no biggie...well 20 miles down the road..no oil pressure..grrr..pull over...look under the carage, sure enough...hole in the oil pan...dry as a bone..hitch hike to town..buy a case of oil and some JB weld...take the oil pan off, with a 12.99 rachet set from walmart mind you, JBweld the leak from the inside and outside...replace missing oil...turns over no problem. Let idel while i clean everything up....10 minuts later, dies..after hours and hours of trouble shooting, come to find out, the fuel pump aint comein on. Stranded on the side of the road, 30 miles from anything with a FULL tank of gas, i remember seeing a short peice of garden hose back about 15 miles(from when i was walking back with a case of oil and no one would pick me up) so i walk my happy little butt down and get the hose..being a 95 van..there are baffels in the tank, and i cant seem to get a syphin started..SO....I empty out 8 gallons of fuel MOUTH FULL BY MOUTH FULL..in about 4 hours...in the New Mexico sun. Drop the 1/2 full tank with the same 12.99 ratchet set...(and a cheater bar for those stuborn rusted gas tank bolts..) pull the fuel pump, hitch hike(again) and get new one..replace..celan everything up...starts up just fine..wahoo..on the road again...10 miles down the road..RUNOUT OF GAS...no no just kidding...hehe...BUT 900 miles down the road..the van wont start again..i listen..yep fuel pump is running..so i replace the filter...the fuel pressure regulator..the fuel rail...finaly..i think well...the pump is under warranty..so i replace it too.and sure enough..it starts up again...GEES....ok..a week goes by..im out of money..have to come home to Idaho..40 miles outside of Roswell...I spring a crack in the plastic(come on plastic??) tank on the radiator...bigbig like 2 inch crack..limp into Roswell...No tanks..no money for a new one...Apoxy the hell out of it...now its only a small drizzle and not a shower...limp home to Idaho...this brings us to the end of april. about 2 weeks ago...when it heats up..the dang thing wont shift out of 2nd gear...determained that the spray from the leaky radiator has moistened the controll doohicky and caused it to go into LIMP mode....while sitting in the heat, the dang rear view mirrow fell off....Now I ask ya....Anyone wanna buy a great Dodge Grand Caravan, Lots of NEW Extras!!! :screwy::smokin:
I would like to thank all of you who helped me detremin the probpmes and suggest Ideas how to fix them..it help greatly!! Thank you for takeing the time to listen to me Vent..though im pretty sure the van WILL start venting something somewhere and some point in the near future...with my luck.

P.S. I did solve most of my van problems..I bought a 99' Ford PowerStroke...So ill be seeing some of you over in the FORD section soon..HAHA :lol:

Sorry you had such bad luck. I think I would have gotten suicidal. A bullet is much cheaper and easier.
