I put one on my 1994 C1500 shortly after purchasing the vehicle new. It was a Downey SST. http://www.truckstuffusa.com/slansidtonby.html I bought mine from a local dealer and installer. I would definitely recommend it to someone looking for a toneau cover. It kept the rain and snow out the back of my truck.
Edit: I checked on the web and found the dealer that installed mine back in '94. Their price really has not gone up in 13 years.http://www.downeyproductsnortheast.com/sst.html

Might be a nice one, just kinda spendy.

I'd recommend a hard tonneau cover. Depending on what you want to store in the bed or what purpose you need the cover, for better security a hard top is the way to go. I have a gaylord hardtop on mine to keep my stereo system from walking away :sadwavey:

I defiantly want a hard one. Not sure if I want a alum. or fiberglass. So many choices.
