1992 Suburban ?'s

I've got a 1992 Suburban K1500.
Wondering what (if any) Intake / Exhaust system would be the best. I'm looking for some hp increase, but mostly started looking at it for the increase in mpg. Also, do throttle body spacers work with this engine? If so which one is best.
