When It Rains It Pours

:uhoh: when i turn my windshield wipers off they stay straight up in the windshield the wont return to the bottom of the windshield like they should .
I have changed out fuse no help.

Our back windshield wiper gets stuck upside down. Our front windshield wipers are slow to go down - but they go. Hope your trouble isn't ours coming....

sounds like a bad servo, in the wiper motor itself, best bet is replace wiper motor end all your troubles
