Changing Coolant

I am about due for a coolant change to my car. I am wanting to do it myself but I have no clue of how to do it on my car. Can anyone give me any tips? I would greatly appreciate any helpful hints that you can give me.

AS long as there is no rust in your overflow tank, just pick up a thing of radiator flush and follow the directions on the bottle. Back flushing is a little more of a pain in the ass.
