Body kit or Conversion?

Hey guys...i was wondering...what should i do? should i take my '89 Civic and turn the front end into an Si-R? or should i get a WW body kit? and how much would the Si-R conversion cost? thanx

or should i get the C-West front bumper? heres a pic
