Making of Kawasaki GPZ900R

Hello,
I still continue motorcycle models. this is Aoshima's GPZ900R Tsukigi Version.

Painted exterior white/metallic lime green then put decals on it and applied Finisher's urethane GP1.

Applied gray primer to frame and engine parts.

I've tore off all chrome plate but couldn't do exhaust parts.
so sanding now.

At last, a proper motorbike being built.
Looking really sharp, just one question though, what is the small hole on the left hand side of the petrol tank?

put polyester putty on parts joint area of muffler and sanded.

Painted Finisher's Fine Silver and coating now.
after that I'll add burning effect paint.

Assembled engine. painted engine block Finisher's Semi-gloss Black and
covers are Pure Black. carburetors are mixed light gold.

You've achieved an excellent finish on the engine, I'm busy re-builing a 1:1 scale version so if you need any detail shots just let me know and I'll be happy to help you out if I can.

Painted muffler.
put plated tape on silencer and applied blue and purple shades.

Rebuilt shock absorber. spring is made from aluminum wire.

Some beautiful work you are doing with this model.It looks so clean.The rear swingarm/suspension area is very colourful,I like it a lot.You have made a stunning job of painting the petrol tank and other associated body parts.The colours look perfect.May I ask you what brand of polyester filler you have used on the exhaust and swingarm areas?

I used clear paints(blue, red, orange and mixed red with blue for purple).

Nice progress and a very interesting color choice. The muffler is looking great!

I love the way you painted the exhaust also the wiring is excellent very clean job. Nice swing arm love the rear suspension colours.
