Now my budget will vary, i want to spend no more than $12,000 total but this budget depends on a few things. Im taking out a loan, and to do so the kbb of the car (http://www.carforums.net/showthread.php?t=51698#) needs to be good, so getting a car that will cost a fair bit but isn't worth alot according to the KBB wont work, as id need to come up with the extra cash other ways.
Ok onto the details, Im not really set one one type of car, heres what i have though:
Dont care if its an import or domestic,
4,6 or 8cyl (dont care),
sexy,
good for cruising,
Not looking for a 10sec car, but want something peppy (my current car runs 17's and i consider it peppy lol, so im not picky)
Easy on insurance (im 19, clean record)
Moderate on MPG (no less than like 23/city)
If its easy on insurance then the MPG is less important as ill have more $$/month
After thinking it over i dont think ill get an F-body, while there sexy and fast, for me the insurance is too high along with the MPG.
I was thinking a BMW, very classy and sleek, but i dont know how bad the insurance is or how expensive they are on repairs.
Im not completely opposed to engine swaps solong as its nothing crazy.
I dont want something very old, the newer the better.
I was thinking of an F-body (and i still am) but im not sure how bad the insurance is, and the MPG is a little less that i was aiming for.

What about a Grand Prix GTP? It isn't quick even though it's supercharged, but is a very nice cruiser from what i hear. Probably won't be too bad on insurance. And yes, a Beamer will most likely be bad on insurance and/or be expensive to maintain for you.
