I have a 2000 Caravan 3.3L and the instrument cluster lights are out. The fuse marked PNL ILUM keeps blowing it is a 10A fuse located under the dash in the Panel Junction Box. I noticed the dimmer switch that also dims the milage gauge is not working well... seems dirty and intermittant. Everything else seems ok with the exception of an A/C problem I'm having (in another post). Can someone tell me if there is a relay involved with this circuit? I also would like to know the functions of all the relays in that same panel the Owners Manual says nothing and Haynes Repair Manual does not identify them. Thanks for any help.

If the manuals aren't telling you I would check out Alldata.com. You have to subscribe but, may be worth it. All I have is a Haynes manual so I'm no help.

You could try plugging a multimeter into the fuse socket and watch for a voltage spike as you rotate switches etc. An analoge meter would work best.
