Changing pads with ABS

My friend's car is due for some rear brake pads. Its a late 90's Oldsmobile Intrigue with ABS. Are there any special procedures for dealing with ABS, or can I just slap in some new pads and go?

just remove the caliper, remove the retaining in for the pads and swap 'em as you would on any car.

ABS doesn't mean different calipers or anything, it's a seperate unit that conrols the pressure going to the calipers. :)

ABS sits on the back of the wheel hub and bearings. It just senses when the wheel locks up, sends a signal down to the ABS pump which pulsates the break until it spins normally. You won't even notice which part is the ABS because it's not clear unless you lift the car. Pads just clip into the caliper after you take it out.
