'91 Stalling, Grounds locations???

I have an 1991 Grand Prix and I really need some help finding the source of the problem. The car will run for about 3 seconds then stall, however if you have the lights/ wipers/ radio, etc. on it will run for a lot longer. I read it might be a ground issue and cleaned all the grounds going from the battery to the engine block. Where else should I look?? I really want this car out of my garage! Any ideas will be appreciated!
