keyless entry fpr 1999

I may be buying a '99 soon and I dont think its keyless. Is this something that can be done to a car or am I S.O.L.? Also, how hard is it to install a cd player?

You could always install aftermarket keyless entry. Ford makes such a task relatively easy, and you'd get better range than with the factory keyless entry. The downside is the aftermarket system would not include the 5-button keypad on the door.
An aftermarket CD player install wouldn't be too difficult if the car has the manual (3 knobs) HVAC controls. There are mounting kits available just for this purpose. Unfortunately, no similar kit exists for the automatic temp control.
If your stock headunit includes the CD changer controls, you could add the stock trunk-mount CD changer which might be the simplest way, but most likely also the most expensive way.
Your stock audio system includes a Rear Control Unit (RCU) mounted in the trunk that has most of the audio system and amplification built in to it. If you go with an aftermarket CD player, you'll want to get the wiring adapter to bypass the RCU and use the aftermarket deck to power the speakers.
