I own a 2004 nissan sentra. The battery went bad (no surprise - it' was 3 yrs old), replaced it. There is plenty of cranking power, but the auto door locks & windshield wipers aren't working, which leads me to think that the electric fuel pump isn't doing it's job either. I added gas just to make sure because it had been kind of low on fuel. Any advice?

How do you draw the conclusion: door locks, pwr wipers, fuel pump not working? Did you hook the battery up right? Check all of your fuses, sounds like you smoked something.

sounds like a completely different problem. if it cranks, check spark and fuel pressure at the rail. then get back to us.
