A/C Refill

So i have been at work and have come across those self A/C Refill kits, i was wondering if anyone else has used these to refill their 3KGT/Stealth. If so does it work well and where exactly do you hook it up at, i have found 2 spots that it could hook to but not sure which one exactly is suppose to be used.
