waste of money..
do all the other things to it first...
chips can be expensive and sometimes casue more pain than gain..
i know people who got them and they killed the computer...which ended up hurting the performance...
id rather get a
cam..header..exhaust ..intake..

If your car has no more than I/H/E, then rechipping your ECU is pointless. It's only going to help if you have changed your cams, headwork etc and need to change vtec crossover and redline.
My advice is don't spend money on that DX engine and concentrate on a future engine swap
