center console - need ideas

With all of the new gadgets coming out I am running out of room to put them all. I was thinking of making a console that would fit between the front seats that could house a portable dvd player (I thought of having it sit on the top rear of the console), my satelite radio and a couple of switches. Anybody know where I can find console models for the Astro or Safari or at least see pictures of what others have done to get ideas?????
