98-04 Malibu class action

There is a class action lawsuit for Malibu's. One is in Canada and to other is in the US does anyone know the status? Dexcool and brakes are the main focus as far as I can tell.

No but I do have (and have posted) horror stories about my 99 brakes failinf 3 times before 36,000 miles and being told by the dealership that it was due to normal wear and tear. Also 3 head jobs within 75,000 miles? Oh yeah do I have stories. I would definately go for money from Chevrolet. It cost me plenty.
