My brakes are very soft and with constant pressure with truck running will actually go to the floor. While out on the road the truck does stop "ok" but not great. I replaced the front pads and turned the rotors due to a large amount of rust build up on the back side of each front rotor. Installed 100.00 ceramic pads but still don't undrerstand why they are so soft.

ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT.

Maybe you have air in your brake lines. Try bleeding the system. You also may have a bad brake booster.

That sounds more like a master cylinder than a booster; if the booster were bad, they'd just be hard to press.
