Wheel size question

I have a 16 1/2 inch rim and need to know if I can use a 16.7 inch rim? Will the 1/2 inch cause me any problems?

A 16 1/2 " rim off of what? Lumi wheels are 14-15-16" sizes
Never saw a 16.7 inch wheel. And anyway, going from 16.5 to 16.7 isnt a 1/2" difference between the two numbers
