OK i have a 92 tsi that recently started knocking, so i am going to make it faster. I was looking at some of these parts tell me if they are bad (if bad what would be good?) or good i need some opinions.

2.3 stroker kit
Comp serious street/race cams
Ferrea super alloy valves
Si dual springs w/ Manley titanium retainers
650cc ball-style injectors
Walbro 255 fuel pump

I already have a ported evo 3 16g, safc2, mbc, boost gauge, greddy type rs bov, logger. some other stuff too..

Sorry if this is dumb, i don't want to make a bad choice in buying some dumb part.

Most of the parts in the list are overkill for the 16g. Not that they will hurt power (Some might), but you won't see an appreciable return on your investment.

The stroker isn't needed, the 2 liter spools it up quickly and you can max it out at reletively low boost pressure. But, if you intend to go with a big turbo later (GT35R and up) and want the stroker to spool it on the street, doing it now wouldn't hurt anything. You'll just max the turbo out at a lower boost pressure.

Large cams won't help, and can sometimes hurt. The best choice is 272s or 280s, or the equivelent from your cam manufacturer of choice.

The valves are unecessary at this level, and the springs won't be needed if you go with "normal" cams.

The injectors and pump are the right size, and need to be done.

In the end it's your project, and you know better than me where it's going in the coming years, but hopefully you find this helpful.

Yea i was just told that the 2.3 was not a good idea, but i am in need of a crank mine got messed up by the rod and the rod is messed up now. So i think i will just go with wiseco pistons, manley rods, factory crank.

The valves wont do very much? or just not worth it? i was looking at cams and springs and figured why not and get valves, but if it wont help i just wont do it if mine are ok.

Would porting the head be worth the time and money?

I will be ordering most of the parts tuesday.

Head porting and larger valves just won't return your investment with such a small turbo. It probably won't hurt, but you won't be getting your money's worth, invest it elsewhere. Unless of course you have a very light car and you're going for the 16g record or something and every little bit counts. :) All of the local guys running mid-high 11s on EVO 16Gs have surprisingly simple setups, FWIW.
