Running sliggish.

Lately, My car feels very sluggish(03 spec). However, The engine seems to be running fine, and I'm not eating gas. Also, keep in mind that I am catless and I have loctited my butterfly screws. It just seems like I have to beat the Pi$$ out of it to get it to go anywhere. I'm either going very slow, or I'm pushing it hard to go mildly fast. Which also sucks, because with my exhaust, it sounds like I'm flooring it, just to keep up with traffic... I am almost fully bolted, I just don't have cams. I have a confession to make, but please don't scold me, lol... I think it's been +3k miles since my last oil change. I plan on changing my oil, tomorrow, think that will help? How much would that effect my performance? I hate that fact that I'm almost fully bolted, dropped on Nismos, I just got new wheels, and my car all of a sudden completely lost it's fun factor.
Any Ideas, or am I just going to get smacked in the face by you guys for not changing my oil? (rightfully so) I've just been so busy, lately. :shakehead

You said the c word.....
I was thinking the clutch might be an issue. Nissan replaced my tranny at 52k (I'm at 85k now) and I know they replaced my flywheel, but I don't know if they would have just gone ahead and replaced my clutch or not. I do notice a little bit more of a buck when I take off, than normal. I was going to buy that stage 4 clutch, but I heard that is hell on transmissions, so I'm shooting for the jwt clutch/flywheel combo. That's big time $$, though, that I dont have at the moment. Going to Cedar point this summer and that's the 1000 dollars that would have gone to my clutch.
How can I test my clutch?

Wheels are 18/19lbs. Couldn't completely tell, they were blocking the reading on the scale, lol, but it's one of those 2. Def lighter than stock. They feel it, too. The wheels jumps around a lot more than it used to. Don't know how I feel about that.
I'm honestly starting to think it was the humidity. It was really hot and very humid for a week or so. Now, it's cooled down a bit and the humidity has dropped and it's running like a champ. I changed the oil, today, and the car prrrs like a kitten. Haven't switched to synthetic, yet. I'm going to next time, I think.
Another thing I am worried about.. lately I have been having a hard time dropping the car down into 2nd. I was missing 2nd gear like crazy, when WOT. I moved my shifter around, tonight, and I realized that it wasn't me, it's just not sliding into gear as smoothly as it used to. I never had problems with 2nd.
My tranny was replaced at 52k miles and I'm currently at 86k. Think it's time to change the tranny fluid? I want to switch to redline, I hear that helps quite a bit. I have been procrastinating with that for way too long. Where is the cheapest place to order redline? Does it help? How exactly do I change the tranny fluid? Any advice will be helpfull.
One off topic q: Are Kumho Ecsta ASX tires directional, because I'm due for a rotation?

I'll check it out... the fuckers at NTB didn't put my new tires on the front, like I asked them, when they put my wheels on. I had 2 of my kumhos on for about 2-3k miles, before I finally got my wheels. One of my old tires had gone flat in front, so I figured I would put 2 of my kumhos on the front while waiting for my wheels... little did I know it would be a 16 week wait.
