94 Buick Century cruise control stopped working after battery went dead

Is there a reset button or something for the cruise control?
My battery went dead and I needed a jump after the door was left open and dome light on all night. The battery took a charge and hasn't gone dead again, but now my cruise control won't ingage and there is also a dash light for brakes or something on all the time. Everything else seems to work fine. I checked the fuses and didn't find a bad one.
