Any body know about this code?

Does anybody know what could be causing this code and what I should check?

Your code is for the drivers side converter not operating properly. As far as telling you how to fix it, the test for the P0430 or P0420 is about 75 steps long and time consuming. If everything else is in good working order, (tune up, no vacuum leaks, no exhaust leake, fuel pressure good, all sensors in the correct parameters) then the converter is at fault. It is not a definate fix without doing the complete test.

Now if I do take care of this right away, will other codes pop up or will all chaos happen.

Sorry for delay in answer. I would erase the codes and see how long it takes for it to return. Sometimes it may not return for a long time, and other times it comes back quickly. If it returns quickly, there is a definate problem causing the code. If it takes a long time to come back, it could have been something as simple as a tank of bad fuel.
