I am not sure if anyone noticed this... but I got in a fight at the tracks this weekend with a bunch of Ricey kids with Civics, Integras, and one kid had a Focus that was as ugly as he was. They told me that The Fast and the Furious was all about the Eclipse, and Civics and stuff, but if you really think about it... All of the characters in Dominic Toretto's team drive Nissans except for Jesse who drove a Volkswagon Jetta. I watched the movie today with my friends for the fisrt time in a few months, and we realized that Letty drives a 1995 Nissan 240SX, Vince drives a 1999 Nissan Maxima (my Uncle Craig's) J/K, and Leon drives a 1997 Nissan Skyline R-33. I know that Dom drives the Rx-7 and that isn't a Nissan, but I think it's funny that most of the main cars in the movie we Nissans if you think about it.

U are absolutely right bro. Speaking of R-33... When the movie came out I went to see it with my friends. After that I had a big argument with one kid which I hardly knew... He was in denial that it WAS Skyline R-33. He was saying that it was some honda. Im like ARE YOU F***ing INSANE?!?!?!?!?? Dude, he bet with me for 50$$$. I was on computer for about 5 minutes and showed him specs for that YELLOW BEAST, and it really shut him up. Didnt see him since he gave me 50$$$ Some people.......:bloated:

it pissed me off the kid with the blue supercharged maxima never raced it and neither did the skyline. what the fuck? do you think the car companies paid the movie guys to make their cars look better or do you think the movie guys paid the car companies to use their cars.

The blue maxima in the movie was not company owned, im sure the guy who owns it got a heft sum on money also. As for it not racing in the movie I don't know, maybe he didn't want someone else racing his show car.

The owner of the Maxima is Craig Lieberman (ex-director of the NIRA), i also brought up the fact most of torretos crew drove nissans to some of my friends...Shows ya Hollywood maybe mostly fake, but they know real cars when they see em.
