OK i have a friend with a nissan sentra carburator and he put an Air intake on it ...
Will it make a diffrence if i add on to my car and remove the late chape filter ontop of my CARB ?
I know it'll change the sound of the engine but performence wise will it change anything ?

you won't notice a big difference on a 4 cylinder carbed motor. even on a 4 cylinder fuel injected motor, there isn't a big difference, so i say, don't waste your money.

Yes, that mod is very worthwhile. Anything you can do to tweak the power band of that motor is worthwhile.
What I did, was use a Dremel tool with a cutting disc to cut out the sides of the air cleaner assembly, and I left the top cover on to keep the center protected.
Do you understand what I am describing? It will look like a open Hi-Hat cymbal on a drum set once you cut the sides out, and the filter will be exposed to fresh air.
This makes the car sound ALOT better, and provides some more bottom end torque.

that is similar to what i did, i just cut the lid up to the filter, i would have cut the bottom part off like you did except i am going to school in sashatchewan so i will be needing the hot air return to run in the winter.
i also noticed a lot more bottom end, espetially in second and third but when i put 2 1/4 strait pipe exhaust i lost some of that bottom end but gained a lot of top. i have gotten this little car up to 100mph, granted that was down a hill but one advantages of being in saskatchewan (probally the only advantage) is lots of flat roads and it will do 95 on a good day.
