Rebuilt carburetor ford 1100

Rebuilt the carburetor and ran fine for a couple of days now the car wants to stall when going down the road. It idles fine. I have a glass filter on it and it looks like the gas is flowing so it does not appear to be the fuel pump. Does anyone have any suggestions?
