Questions about a system?

I just bought a system for my car, subs, amp, wiring kit the whole 9 yards... I have been putting these in other people's car all my life... but when it comes to mine, I am not sure how I want to do it... do anyone know where I should run the wires, or where I need to drill holes? Also where is the best place in the trunk to ground it out... If someone has one in there car, how did you do it? Anything will help... thanks...

There's a hole underneath the battery tray, use that to get through the fire wall. For the trunk, just run the power wire through a hole in a bottom corner. I don't have a system in my sol so I don't know first hand. Just make sure the wire won't interfere with the rear window. For grounding, remove the paint around one of the upper shock bolts and use that. Always works.

When I've done it power goes down the side with the battery, all the way to trunk. There is space to pass some 0/00 if you want, but it would be a good idea to protect from chafing against the rear window wall. Signal wires down center, then to the other side to pass through the other side's opening. Be wary of possible interference from the fuel pump wiring. Grounding will work anywhere, but best on the bottom of the trunk. I have grounded to the bolt where a rear bar would go. Make sure to sand through to the metal for the whole ground contact, and you'll be good.

Well, i have my amp sitting back behind my seat in the compartment with the wires running up the center, then have them running inoto the compartment for the pop out hole then, if you take out those back compartments there is room to run speaker wire under then in the back wall, and then take the ground and run it uder there into the trunk, and there you go.
