When pulling in or out of a parking spot at low speeds, I hear what seems to be a rock or piece of metal inside the tire or at least this is were it sounds to be coming from. I can hear it when I stick my head out the window.:banghead:

Have u recently had front brake work? Sometimes the metal behind the rotor gets smashed against the rotor and scrapes...wishful thinking because it cost NO money to fix.
Or it could be a wheel hub bearing, but lets shoot for the first suggestion.

If you have the aluminum wheels, pull of the little hub cap to see if a couple of the grip "teeth" have broken off and are ratlling around in there. That was the case on my '99 LS.

The noise that I'm hear all most sounds like (when you have a spray can and you shake it to mix it up that's what is sounds like) and it is coming from the front drivers tire.
