90 Grand Prix 2door right front left fender

I am upgradin my beat up pontiac. It has a few dents in it.:grinno: lol. I need a new front left fender and on the right side I was backed into and they left a nice inprint of their back bumper in my side. It sits right behind my door frame. It bent the door frame in a quite unique way and I am trien to think of a way to pull it out without having to cut and weld on a new piece. If anyone has any suggestions on that please let me know. Also if anyone knows where i can get a really cheap front left fender or a back bumper let me know.:)
