Wiring Harness help!!!

Im swapping a d16z6 into my crx... I am not a mechanic and this is my first engine swap, I got the old motor out but in the process i didn't take any pictures or write down anything as to where the electrical connectors hook up to, so now I'm putting the old harness on the Z6 and all I got on is the injectors, Dizzy, and the little 2 pin plug to the left of the dizzy... I need major help with where everything else goes :(

Refer to a service manual, I believe there are links on this website to the Honda repair manual that has pictures of the wire harness routing.
