These are the words my tuner posted on the MR2 board (mr2oc.com).
We're ready :)
Jeff and I just finished the dyno portion of HYDE's annual tuning session.
Previously, (last season) (http://www.mr2oc.com/showthread.php?t=178780) the car was making 567 rwhp.
There were boost creep problems.
The clutch was slipping.
I was not able to put timing in the car.
All that stuff is a lot better now. ;)
The boost creep problem was addressed with a complete Autolab setup. The creep issue is much better. The damaged GT35R that utilized a T04E housing was replaced with a completely new GT35R that utilizes a T04S housing.
Here's more information on the turbo kit:
http://www.mr2oc.com/showthread.php?t=235455
I was able to put proper ignition timing for the fuel used into the engine.
Here is this year's dyno at 28 psi versus last year's 23 psi creeping to 27 psi plot:

Absolutely never ... the yellow oval sticker on the B-pillar is RASR (Racers Against Street Racing).
I'll drive fast on the street, but never with another car involved.
I'm not going ot jail for someone else's mistake.

Ahh, fair enough.
i keep the street racing to private industrial roads. and even then it's against friends with some 15' between the cars. no laws on private roads.
i don't like to drive fast on public roads with someone else in the car, if i'm alone and something goes wrong then it's me getting hurt. but if someone else is with me i won't do something that puts them at risk.
