Shift abruptly on slow moving traffic

I have a 95 Dodge Caravan shift abruptly if I pressing the gas or dropped the gas on 1st gear (STOP-AND-GO TRAFFIC). It only happens when the car is slowly moving on 1st gear such as traffic jam. Otherwise, the transmission is still very strong. I think I have this issue from Day 1 after the installation few years ago. Any advices!

Sounds like a pressure/sensor difference. Just for poops and giggles try to disconnect the batt, like 15 mins and put your foot on the brake for a bit to drain any residule current, hook it back up and go for a drive. Start in drive then to second,then to drive, floor it,drive normal yadda yadda. Re learn the comp and see what happens. best thing would be go to your tech and have him clear out the adaptives for the trans. Then re-teach it.

Your transmission filter is clogged.
