Need help tracing the owner of a website

If anyone out there can show me how to locate a website owner, please drop me a P.M. :)

I just downloaded the AOL internet explorer and it has a tab under tools called "power browsing" that has another tab called "who owns this website". It gives you info like this, name, address and phone number:

yes i used AOL and got solution for my same problem but AOL running slow in my pc anyway thanks.

I own about three websites and i make websites for other people. i work for youdotoo.com
