EGR & oxygen sensor trouble codes related?

I've been getting these trouble codes for a while (0302)EGR system & (0409) oxygen sensor right bank. Can either of these cause the other? Which one should I fix first? thank you

Probably not. I've had the 0302 without the O2 code and I've had the 0707 without the egr code.
