98 Malibu Tranmission problem

:banghead: I have a 98 mabiu that thetramission start to kick all the gear and reverse the suports are good and it only does this when the tramission is hot. (in other words when the car reaches normal temp. it start to do that

maybe the torque converter controller (TCC).

Find a trans shop that doesnt charge to look at it. Only to remove it and inspect it.

Ok in the OBII it shows that the torque convert stuck on code PO742
What does this mean!!!:banghead:
